At Texas Community Capital (a Certified CDFI) our mission is to provide specialized loan and investment products and services that promote economic and community development in under-served Texas Communities to enhance the quality of life of low-to-moderate income persons.
Program 01
Affordable Housing
We finance small affordable housing projects, under 20 units (both rental and homeownership), for mission driven organizations run and or founded by women and/or BIPOC people.

Community Loan Center of America
We operate the CLC of America, a small dollar loan alternative loan program.

Capital Access- CLC
We provide CLC franchisees with access to capital to expand their market share.
