Founded in 2004, by the Texas Association of Community Development Corporations (TACDC) & the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC), TCC partners with mission-driven organizations to provide capital, technical assistance, programs and products that serve low-to-moderate income households in traditionally marginalized and excluded communities.

TCC is a Texas born, Texas-wide certified non-profit CDFI.  Our purpose is to invest in activities and support organizations dedicated to preserving & improving their community’s resilience and vitality through service to Low-moderate income families and individuals.  True to our founding, our work is deeply rooted in building collaborations and partnerships.  We work closely with TACDC and its members to create solutions that solve for access to capital for our sector, including partnering with TACDC on the re-establishment of the Texas CDFI Coalition.
