Texas Community Capital Acquisition & Preservation Program (TCCAPP), is designed to provide smaller affordable housing community-based 501c3 non-profit & mission driven developers with funds to acquire land or property, rehabilitate and maintain affordable housing for Low to moderate income families and individuals, earning up to 80% MFI for rental & homeownership. Property acquired/preserved/maintained & renovated must be in the State of Texas.
TCCAPP works best for projects up to 20 units on an infill plot or on land not larger than five acres (exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis). We prioritize CDC’s, non-profit 501©3, and women/BIPOC owned/led mission driven organizations. TCC provides technical assistance to small organizations new to financing multi-family projects.
